1 Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the 2250 platform (including the website at https://2250.bet and any associated mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt platform operations.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised methods.

3 Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 2250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including e-wallets and legitimate online banking services available in Malaysia.
Successful deposits are credited to the user's account balance and may be used to join games or place bets available on the platform. Deposits cannot be reversed once processed, except in specific technical circumstances which will be assessed by 2250 on a case-by-case basis.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with any applicable rollover requirements or promotional terms. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may range from a few minutes to several business days.
2250 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and up to date.
4 Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
2250 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, breaches of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, promotion abuse, or requests from the relevant authorities.
In the event of an account suspension, any balance held in the account may be frozen while an investigation is ongoing. Should an account be closed due to a confirmed breach of terms, the platform reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the violating activity.
Platform Liability Limits
2250 shall not be held liable for:
- Losses arising from temporary technical disruptions or platform maintenance.
- Data loss due to hardware failure or the user's internet connection.
- Valid game outcomes, even where unfavourable to the user.
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
